Security
Users are prohibited from unauthorized access or attempts at unauthorized access to the Insolent Entertainment CMS ("Content Management System"). Any violation of these security rules may result in civil or criminal liability. Insolent Entertainment will investigate occurrences which may involve such violations and may involve, and cooperate with, law enforcement authorities in prosecuting users who are involved in such violations.

Unless otherwise explicitly stated herein, or in Insolent Entertainment's privacy policy, any information, comments or other materials provided by you in connection with this site, including, without limitation, any information provided by you to Insolent Entertainment or other users during the registration or listing process, in any public message area, or through any mail feature ("Submissions") shall be deemed to be provided on a nonproprietary and nonconfidential basis.
